What we wish for

• Long experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, ideally certified

• Experience in at least one other SAP SuccessFactors module

• Good understanding of comprehensive onboarding processes, including the adjacent interfaces such as Recruiting, Learning, G&P and Employee Central

• Counseling competence, empathy & conceptual thinking

• Pleasure in teamwork & further development

• Very good German and English skills
