Location : Fully Remote

Start date : ASAP

Duration : 12+ Months + extension

Type of role : Contract

Experience

● 7+ years of relevant work experience within commercial operations, supply chain, or Order-to-Cash functions.

● Strong experience in Order-to-Cash processes and commercial operations in complex, multi-market environments.

● Proven track record working in a matrix organisation, managing cross-functional topics with global impact.

● Experience in conflict handling, stakeholder management, and change management.

● Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of at least one additional language is preferred.

Technical & Process Qualifications

● Very good understanding of SAP Order2Cash and Business Analysis & Testing Tool set (HP ALM, Jira, etc)

● Strong capability in translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

● Solid knowledge of testing and quality assurance, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.

● Excellent ability to produce clear documentation, including process descriptions, training materials, and release notes.

Core Skills & Competencies

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify root causes.

● Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying complexity and presenting recommendations for decision-making.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, affiliates, and cross-functional business teams.

● Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to drive alignment across different markets and functions.

● Capable of working independently, setting own priorities, and managing multiple parallel topics.

● Skilled in summarising complex issues into clear decision points for senior stakeholders.
