(Senior) SAP S4/HANA Customer Service & CRM Consultant (m/f/d)

In Customer Management, our clients are currently facing massive change: classic SAP CRM and IS-U systems are being transformed towards S/4HANA and modern customer engagement platforms (SAP CX, including Sales & Service Cloud).
This is exactly where you come in: In the role of (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Customer Service & CRM, your focus is on real technical implementation, architecture, and development – real hands-on work in the system!

Your tasks:

• Hands-on SAP Development: You develop smart solutions in the SAP environment using ABAP / ABAP OO and extensively adapt SAP Web UI components (BOL/GENIL).

• System Transformation & Architecture: You implement complex migration and transformation requirements for customer service – for example, from classic SAP CRM to SAP CX (including Sales & Service Cloud) – and integrate existing systems into new customer engagement architectures.

• Customizing & Data Modeling: You independently handle customizing in the SAP Customer Engagement environment and work routinely with CDS Views.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: During release and implementation phases, you analyze errors in detail, take over debugging, and resolve discrepancies directly in our customers' systems.

• Responsibility & Leadership: You take on the role of Stream Lead or sub-project manager, keeping an eye on the solution and budget, and professionally mentor colleagues in their further development.

Your profile:

• Education/Degree: You have a completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification.

• Work Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP development – ideally with direct relevance to Energy Industry (Utilities) processes. Consulting experience is not a mandatory prerequisite.

• Your Tech Stack: You have sound, practically proven knowledge in ABAP and possess extensive experience in customizing as well as in developing SAP Web UI components (BOL/GENIL). OData services are also very familiar to you.

• Legacy Know-how: You are well-acquainted with classic SAP CRM systems and understand the logic behind older architectures (ideally with the Interaction Center and customer service processes).

• Looking Ahead: Ideally, you have already had initial contact with S/4HANA transformation projects or modern data models (like CDS Views) – or you are eager to delve deeply into them.

• Mindset: You possess a genuine "consultant gene," high commitment, and organizational talent. Even when a project gets stressful or customers react impatiently, you remain resilient and solution-oriented.

• Nice-to-have: Architecture experience in the field of CX solutions (including Sales & Service Cloud).

• Work Style: You have strong analytical thinking skills, develop creative solutions, and have experience working structurally in project contexts.

• Communication: You convince with strong communication skills and can communicate very confidently with customers and project teams in German and English.
