Senior SAP Project Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently supporting an established SAP consulting organization in filling a exciting project leadership role within the SAP environment.

The company is part of an international SAP network with over 4,000 employees worldwide and offers end-to-end services around SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP Transformation Services.

To further expand the project landscape in Germany, we are looking for an experienced individual who can steer SAP-related IT/Transformation projects and act as a central interface between departments, IT, and external partners.

Tasks

• Definition and steering of project goals, scope, deliverables, budget, and resources
• Planning and monitoring of project milestones, reporting to management and steering committees
• Moderation of workshops, requirement clarification, and prioritization between business and IT
• Steering of test phases, error analysis, and quality assurance until go-live and stabilization
• Risk and escalation management, ensuring standards, documentation, and governance
• Cordination of external service providers and control of budgets and project costs

Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP or IT project environments (e.g. rollouts, migrations, process optimizations)
• Experience as a (part-time) project leader, workstream lead, or PMO
• Very good knowledge in classical and agile project management
• Experience in workshop moderation, requirement intake, and stakeholder management
• Experience in test management, quality assurance, and go-live accompaniment
• Experience in budget planning and steering external partners
