Job description
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll, including SAP HCM PA, OM, PY and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for Germany or Switzerland. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schemas and rules, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), wage types, bank file configuration, and EC-Payroll integration concepts. Proven experience configuring and customizing SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors ECP to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Excellent knowledge of German payroll regulations and labor laws. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office and Excel is required. Familiarity with other software applications, such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written German is essential.
