About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP OM TM Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP OM TM systems. This includes but is not limited to: • Providing technical expertise and guidance on SAP OM TM system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining documentation for SAP OM TM processes and procedures. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP OM TM system performance, errors, or inconsistencies. • Participating in the development of new features and enhancements to existing SAP OM TM functionality. • Providing training and support to end-users on SAP OM TM systems and processes. What you'll need: • 5+ years of experience working with SAP OM TM systems, preferably in a functional analyst role. • Strong understanding of SAP OM TM modules, including Order Management, Transportation Management, and Inventory Management. • Experience with configuration and customization of SAP OM TM workflows, screens, and reports. • Knowledge of data migration and integration concepts, as well as data modeling principles. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
