Are you a specialist in SAP integration? Our client, a leading consulting firm in the energy sector, is urgently looking for consultants for permanent positions.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation, and responsibility for complex integration scenarios on the SAP Business Technology Platform with SAP Integration Suite
• Taking over the technical solution architecture for integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, cloud and on-premises systems)
• Advising clients on integration strategies, architectural approaches, best practices, and technological decisions
• Technical point of contact in the project – acting as a Trusted Advisor for clients
• Support in analyzing functional and technical requirements as well as deriving viable integration concepts
• Ensuring quality, maintainability, performance, and scalability of solutions
• Analyzing complex error patterns, taking over troubleshooting, and optimizing existing integrations
• Accompanying and coaching Associate and Consultant colleagues through technical mentoring, support with design and implementation decisions, and knowledge transfer in reviews, internal sessions, or training
• Active participation in the further development of the integration portfolio and methodology

Qualifications

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in SAP integration environments
• Know-how: Deep practical experience with SAP Integration Suite, especially Cloud Integration (iFlows), Event Mesh as well as monitoring, error analysis, and performance optimization
• Architecture: Solid understanding of integration and solution architecture
• Technologies: Strong knowledge in integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML, HTTP)
• Additional Skills: Knowledge in Groovy scripting, security aspects (OAuth, certificates), and hybrid scenarios are advantageous; experience with MuleSoft or SAP BTP and adjacent services is desirable
• Communication: Fluent German and English, spoken and written – internal and external
• Degree: Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Personality: Confident, structured, and solution-oriented demeanor towards clients, enjoyment in sharing knowledge, developing colleagues, and taking responsibility
• Travel: Willingness to travel for projects to the end client
