Senior SAP IBP/PP Consultant

About the Bell Food Group and your new role

In this role, you will be the driving force behind modern, efficient, and robust SAP solutions in the PP and IBP areas. You will independently develop technical and organizational concepts, translate business requirements into smart system solutions, and accompany them from specification through testing to successful implementation. You will work closely with our technology departments - and analyze and optimize business processes and interfaces.

Your tasks:

• You will actively contribute to the further development of our MM/PP consulting area and contribute your own ideas for structures, standards, and tools.

• You will formulate requirements and ensure that the department achieves its goals efficiently.

• You will analyze existing SAP landscapes, adapt complex organizational solutions to changing business and environmental influences, and ensure sustainable optimizations.

• You will share responsibility for our SAP modules PP and IBP - including release management.

• You will design, specify, test, and implement new or optimized processes and ensure clean documentation.

• You will review recommendations from SAP or external partners and implement them together with our technology departments.

• You will participate in SAP projects, contribute your expertise, and actively drive change.

• You will take over 2nd-level support and assist in the creation and review of test cases.

What you bring:

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 as well as SAP IBP and feel confident enough in these areas to design and further develop your own solutions.

• You are familiar with the processes in PP/IBP and other logistics modules not just from theory, but from real day-to-day business - and understand how to map them meaningfully in digital form.

• Analyzing, questioning, and optimizing business processes is something that brings you joy.

• Whether as an active project participant or as an input provider - you know how to clearly define requirements in projects, manage change, and get stakeholders on board.

• You can capture business requirements and translate and customize them in SAP-ERP & IBP.

• You can explain complex topics, clarify expectations, and ask the right questions. You can work with us in an open, solution-oriented, and uncomplicated manner.

• You work in a structured and reliable manner and know how to prioritize.

• You bring social competence and a joy for shaping things and enjoy working across departments.

• Languages are not an obstacle for you: You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
