Senior SAP HR Consultant (PY & PA) deloitte:17298 @ Deloitte

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, HR Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR PA and PY, including configuration, testing, and support. Proven expertise in Polish Payroll: statutory compliance, payroll processing cycles, and reporting (ZUS, PIT, PPK, etc.). Experience with SAP schema and PCR configuration specific to Poland. Solid understanding of PA master data, organizational structures, and infotype management. Exposure to HR systems, including personnel administration, time and attendance, and benefits administration. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with SAP HANA, Fiori, or other SAP tools is an asset. Knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations is required. Certification in SAP HR (e.g., SAP Certified Associate – Human Capital Management) is an advantage.
