Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Description Provide specialized consulting services related to business processes linked to SAP HCM Payroll, participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from defining scope to implementing solutions that generate value for clients. Main responsibilities: Conduct process consulting, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions. Participate in defining project scope and designing implementation plans. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Provide training and support to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Develop and maintain expertise in SAP HCM Payroll modules, including personnel administration, time and attendance, benefits, and compensation. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in HR technology and consulting. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on how to leverage SAP HCM Payroll to achieve their business objectives.
