Senior SAP HCM Inhouse Berater (m/w/d)

We are looking for a senior SAP HCM in-house consultant (m/f/d) for a very renowned company at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Administration and further development of the SAP HCM module, particularly in the area of salary and wage calculation (PA, PY, OM)
• Customizing in SAP HCM, including adjusting schemes and rules
• Local support for the central SAP SuccessFactors system (including authorization management)
• Conceptualization and support for BTP-based interfaces between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Creation of integration flows
• Communication and coordination with the department to conceptualize, implement, and ensure quality of requirements from daily business
• Analysis of existing and conception of future business processes, including technical implementation (taking into account H4S4)

Qualification

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification through professional experience
• More than 5 years of practical experience in SAP HCM with a focus on wage calculation (PY), ideally supplemented by experience in ABAP OO
• First experiences as IT project leader*
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors application; additionally
• Process and interface expertise for SAP BTP and cloud integration
• Languages: German (native language) & English (C1)
