Your Tasks
- Holistic consulting for our clients in the area of SAP HCM Time Management (PT, On-Premise) as well as SuccessFactors Time Tracking
- Analysis, conception and implementation of complex requirements in hybrid system landscapes (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors)
- Responsibility for solution design, customizing and implementation including integration into adjacent modules (e.g., PA, PY)
- Management and execution of transformation and migration projects (On-Premise → Cloud)
- Further development and optimization of existing time management solutions, including performance and process improvement
- Quality assurance, testing as well as support during go-lives and hypercare phases
- Technical leadership of (junior) consultants and active knowledge transfer within the team
- Support in presales as well as in the creation of offers and solution concepts
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an SAP HCMConsultantwith a focus on Time Management (PT)
- sound knowledge of schemas, rules, PCRs as well as customizing of Time Management
- Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time and hybrid architectures
- Experience in the integration between SAP HCM On-Premiseand SuccessFactors (e.g., CPI, Integration Center)
- Project experience across all phases (analysis, design, implementation, go-live)
- Structured, self-reliant way of working as well as strong customer orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
