Senior SAP HCM Consultant

The main purpose of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement interface changes, as well as provide expert advice on the implementation of new features and functionalities within the scope of the project. This includes reviewing and testing of interfaces, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and support to end-users, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth implementation of new features and functionalities. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and developing integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as strong knowledge of SAP HCM and its modules. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the project team to identify and prioritize requirements, develop and implement solutions, and ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
