Senior SAP HCM Consultant

The main purpose of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement interface changes, as well as provide expert advice and guidance on the implementation of new features and functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HCM modules such as Recruitment Management, Time and Attendance, and Performance and Goal Management. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with other HR systems. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
