Senior SAP HCM Consultant f m x

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and significant experience in managing and developing integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The main goal of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement changes in the interface, as well as provide specialized consulting and support for HR departments in a hybrid SAP HCM - SuccessFactors environment.

Your tasks

• Analysis and evaluation of proposals for changes related to interfaces SAP HCM → SuccessFactors (PA/OM, PY/PT)

• Management and implementation of interface adjustments using existing integration technologies (e.g. framework BIB, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces)

• Solving complex problems related to data flow between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Providing expert advice and close cooperation with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment

• Coordination and management of external service providers involved in implementing and maintaining interfaces

• Participation in demand management processes, including estimating costs, setting priorities, and planning resources

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with solid knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.

• Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (both read and write scenarios).

• Strong analytical skills in evaluating complex integrational requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability

• Familiarity with the ABAP language as support for cooperation with programming teams

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Independent, organized, and proactive approach to work at a senior consultant level
