As SAP HCM Consultant:
- Mentorship and further development of SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Analysis and optimization of HR processes in close cooperation with customers and departments
- Implementation of customizing and support in ongoing operations (Support)
- Participation in implementation, migration, and rollout projects
- Counseling of customers and assumption of partial project responsibility
As SAP HCM Developer:
- Development of customer-specific solutions with ABAP / ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and Fiori
- Technical analyses in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Development and integration of interfaces (OData, REST, SOAP, ALE/IDocs)
- Participation in introduction and migration projects – from conception to go-live
- Closely cooperating with departments and customers
Qualification
For both roles:
- At least 5 years of experience in the SAP HCM environment
- Fundamental knowledge in PA and PY (PT and other modules advantageous)
- Experience in customizing and/or development
- Structured, self-responsible working style
- Outstanding communication and team skills
- Residence in Germany
- German at least C1 level, good English knowledge
In addition for Developers:
- Experience with ABAP, ABAP OO
- Knowledge of Fiori, UI5, Webdynpro
- Experience with SAP BTP, CPI advantageous
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central a plus
In addition for Consultants:
- Experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Knowledge of schemes and rules as well as ideally in payroll accounting
- Experience in (partial) project leadership advantageous
