Senior SAP FI/CO ABAP Application Developer - Product Development (m/f/d)

As a Senior SAP FI/CO ABAP Application Developer (m/f/d), you will shape the future of our product family and transformation platform Natuvion DCS (Data Conversion Suite) in the Content area, with a focus on Finance and Controlling. You will contribute your knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance to our migration templates and work closely with our project business in data transformation and migration, as well as with our partners.

Your Tasks:

• You will actively work on the design, development, and extension of our services in the DCS Migrate Content area for SAP FI/CO / S/4HANA Finance

• You will conceptualize, develop, and implement new migration templates for central finance and controlling objects, e.g., G/L accounts, open items in accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and balances

• You will improve existing functionalities: You will identify optimization potential, fix bugs, implement product requirements, and thus ensure the quality of our FI/CO templates

• You will transfer solutions from finance transformation projects (e.g., S/4HANA conversions, company code or chart of accounts changes) into product design and templates

• You will continuously monitor the security, performance, and data consistency of the solutions, including the reconcilability of financial data, and intervene quickly if necessary

• You will support colleagues in the project business with your FI/CO expertise

Your Profile:

• You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification

• You have experience in SAP ABAP development, ideally also in an object-oriented language (ABAP OO or Java)

• You have extensive technical experience in SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance and are familiar with the data model and processes in accounting and controlling

• Experience in the subject area of (SAP) data migration and especially in the area of table-based data migration are advantageous

• You work in a structured manner and think analytically and solution-oriented

• You enjoy working in a team and want to continuously develop yourself

• You communicate confidently in German and English
