Senior SAP EWM Consultant / Solution Design (m/f/d)

• You will accompany clients from the early project phases and support them in workshops, scoping, and solution finding.
• You will analyze existing logistics processes and develop tailor-made EWM solutions with real added value.
• You will take responsibility for functional concepts, process designs, and architectural decisions.
• You will create effort estimates and contribute your expertise to bid and presales activities.
• You will advise specialist departments and operational units as a competent sparring partner.
• You will actively contribute to shaping end-to-end processes along intralogistics.
• You will work closely with experienced consultants and motivated junior talents.
• You will develop in the long term towards solution design, sub-project management, or trusted advisor roles.

• Several years of experience in the SAP EWM environment.
• Good understanding of intralogistics processes, especially inbound, outbound, and warehouse strategies.
• Practical experience in implementing SAP EWM projects including process design and customizing.
• Enjoy providing functional advice to clients and not just implementing technical requirements.
• Interest in business processes, economic contexts, and sustainable value creation.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor in workshops and client meetings.
• Openness to dynamic environments and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Ideally, experience with S/4HANA EWM, automation, or end-to-end process landscapes.
