(Senior) SAP Consultant (m/w/d) - Focus on SuccessFactors / HCM

We are looking for someone who feels at home in the HR world of SAP and wants to work customer-oriented. If terms like PA, OM, PT or PY almost belong to your everyday language or you have collected experiences as an end user in the HCM modules or SuccessFactors (EC/ECP), this is your chance to optimize the HR landscapes of our customers!

Join our team in Heidelberg or remote as (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d).

Tasks

The tasks in our Business Unit SAP range from requirement workshops to customizing and even developing complex interfaces to systems outside of SAP. Depending on the project, a team member takes over project leadership or is part of a larger project team. Generally, there are always sparring partners and strong professional support within the team!

Your task area could look like this:

• Counseling in customer projects on all aspects around SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
• Analyzing customer-specific task assignments in the personnel department
• Counseling the department on implementing and accompanying projects until completion
• Fachlicher exchange with project or team members
• Tight cooperation with our developers at technical aspects

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, natural sciences, or relevant vocational training
• Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
• Interest in occasionally diving deeper into the SAP world and understanding code better (this helps to solve problems)
• You like solving riddles and want to present customers with the best solution
• Eigenständiges Arbeiten und gleichermaßen Teamgeist
• Very good German and good English skills
• A bit of travel willingness - business trips come relatively rarely, but they do occur :)
