Aufgaben

• Consultation for Energy Suppliers on digital transformation with a focus on SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, and UC4G
• Taking over responsibility in projects to EDM, Billing, Change Processes, Market Communication or Network Management
• Planning and steering of projects – from the Machbarkeitsanalyse to Go-Live
• Conceptualization and integration of modern SaaS solutions in existing SAP landscapes
• Ensuring quality, testing, and rollouts across multiple tenants or customers
• Led and moderating Workshops, Trainings, and Customer Meetings
• Closely collaborating in interdisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and developers

Qualifikation

• You have at least five years of experience as a consultant in the fields of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA.
• Broad knowledge in energy industry processes, e.g., energy trading and portfolio management, energy distribution, billing, contract management, account management, customer service, or network management.
• Ideal experience with the regulatory requirements of the energy industry (EnWG, GDEW etc.)
• You have extensive experience in applying agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) in digital projects and experience with BizDevOps and cross-functional teams.
• Ideal experience with ABAP- and Fiori-knowledge.
• You possess a strong organizational talent and high emotional intelligence.
• You have excellent communicative skills and enjoy using them in methodical leadership of workshops and presentations.
• Fluent German language skills on C1 level, as well as fluent English language skills.
