We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant to support an O2C Value Team in the area of technical consulting and development. The project focuses on the further development and migration of applications within a modern cloud-native architecture (based on Kubernetes) in an agile release train (SAFe). The role includes the design of application architectures in the technical domain of sales and accounting.

Your Tasks

• Collection and qualification of technical and business requirements of the client

• Assessment of the current technological infrastructure and making recommendations for improvements

• Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

• Evaluation and recommendation of new technology solutions (hardware and software)

• Adherence to industry standards and regulations

• Identification and mitigation of potential technology-related risks

• Cooperation with stakeholders within the client's organization to ensure that activities are in line with the client's business goals

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the operation, further development and technical optimization of ARS workflow systems for company-wide processes, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 5 years of experience in second-level support, including the analysis and resolution of complex cases, incident and problem management, and cross-system analysis in a KRITIS environment, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 5 years of experience in ITIL-compliant release and upgrade support, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 5 years of experience in interface integration and in coordinating system communication (e.g. SAP HCM), proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 5 years of sound knowledge in Oracle (SQL and database queries) as well as in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and the standardization of workflows, proven by the experience level in the CV

• German language skills at native speaker level

• English language skills at level C1 (Expert user)

Desirable Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT consultant for complex software solutions in scaled agile SAFe projects with at least three project teams, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 3 years of experience in ABAP and in ABAP web service technologies, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP SW, proven by the experience level in the CV

• At least 3 years of experience in process automation and in continuous system optimization within an IT landscape, proven by the experience level in the CV
