Senior SAP Basis & BTP Consultant About the Project We are continuing a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation program, focusing on building, expanding, and stabilizing our future enterprise platform landscape. Operating in a hybrid environment (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP GRC, CloudALM), we are expanding our team to drive our cloud integration roadmap. We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Basis & BTP Consultant, in this role, you will combine classic SAP Basis platform architecture and governance with hands-on responsibilities in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite. Work Mode: remote Start of the project: ASAP Duration of the project: 12 months with extension potential Job Responsibilities BTP & Integration focus: Manage, monitor, and activate SAP BTP services and environments. Drive setup, administration, and monitoring within SAP Integration Suite. Oversee system connections, web services, and hybrid cloud-to-on-premise integration scenarios. Core operations & System readiness: Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations across the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, GRC, CloudALM). Conduct system monitoring, alert handling, performance tuning, and stabilization. Perform transport management (routing, imports, redeployments), SAP Notes implementation, and add-on installations. Execute system and client copies, including full re-establishment of interfaces and connections. Support output management, printer administration, email, and archive integrations. Governance, Security & Compliance: Support management in technical SAP Basis strategy, upgrade assessments, and release planning. Manage Firefighter user setup (SAP GRC), data lifecycle/archiving, and license measurements. Assist in security audits and compliance responses. Expectations 8+ years of experience as an SAP Basis / System Administration Consultant. Deep technical hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA. Proven practical experience with SAP BTP (service activation, administration, monitoring) and SAP Integration Suite. Strong background in system lifecycle management, transport routes, system copies, and performance optimization. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Nice to have: experience with BTP Extensions, cloud development concepts, or hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Nice to have: background in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs and collaboration with external service providers.
