Job description

Description of the vacancy Main responsibilities: Adapt and perform database (Oracle, HANA, MAXDB) and kernel upgrades/patching. Execute database recovery procedures as needed or in emergency situations. Support incident tickets and alerts handling escalated from the Daily Operations team. Consult on and coordinate changes to hardware resources. Consult with and participate in customer projects. Participate in regular operational meetings. Conduct performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAP systems. Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes and procedures.
