As Senior SAP Architekt (m/w/d), you ensure the analysis, design, and continuous optimization of our End-to-End Processes (E2E). You are the central interface between departments and Business Application Specialists to achieve efficiency gains, establish clear process documentation, and develop governance structures. Your goal is to reduce processing times, error rates, and manual efforts, as well as continuously improve process support through our Business Applications.

What You Will Achieve:

• Analysis, Design, and Optimization of End-to-End Processes

• Development and Monitoring of Process KPIs

• Support for Process Owners in Defining Process Goals, KPIs, and Governance Structures

• Creation and Development of Process Maps, Process Models, and Standards

• Documented Processes, including Roles, Interfaces, and Workflows

• Identification of Automation Potential in the System Landscape

• Support in Prioritizing Requirements from a Process Perspective

• Implementation or Support of Change and Transformation Projects

• Close Cooperation with Business Application Specialists to Clarify Technical Requirements

• Training and Coaching of Key Users and Process Responsible Persons

• Leadership and Guidance of Colleagues

• A successful completed vocational or academic education or equivalent qualification

• Very good understanding of E2E processes, including ERP knowledge (SAP)

• At least 3 years of experience in process and project management

• Experience in workshops, moderation, or transformation topics

• Experience in process management, process modeling, and process documentation.

• Leadership experience or the ability to take over the leadership of a team

• Very good German and English skills.

• Excellent communication skills and moderation strength in exchange with departments
