Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Your role in the team

You will directly contribute to the development and optimization of SAP solutions within our S/4HANA ecosystem, in an enterprise environment with complex processes and a large volume of data.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of functional and technical requirements together with business teams and SAP consultants.
• Designing and developing robust, scalable, and performant ABAP solutions.
• Development and optimization of CDS Views and AMDP for efficient processing on HANA.
• Implementation and exposure of OData services for applications and integration with external systems.
• Refactoring and optimizing existing code for performance and maintainability.
• Active participation in code review and defining technical development standards.
• Documenting developed solutions and providing advanced technical support.

Profile we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Solid experience in ABAP Objects (OOP).
• Practical experience in developing and optimizing within the S/4HANA environment.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and a deep understanding of database performance at the base level.
• Experience in developing and consuming OData services.
• Experience with SAP integration (RFC, BAPI, IDoc) is an advantage.
• Understanding of SAP architecture and principles of scalable development.
• Techincal analysis capacity and orientation towards efficient solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (Git or similar) is an advantage.
• Advanced English language skills.
