🗒️ Missions

1. Salesforce Audit & Optimization

Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Salesforce environment: architecture, configuration, automations, data, security, reporting, and usage.
Identify malfunctions, risks, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Assess the suitability of Salesforce with business processes and needs.
Formulate functional and technical recommendations and identify quick wins.

2. Data, Reporting & Performance

Audit the quality, consistency, and reliability of Salesforce data.
Analyze existing reports, dashboards, and KPIs and their suitability for business and management needs.
Identify necessary improvements in data quality, reporting, and data exploitation.

3. Business Analysis & Evolutions

Gather and formalize the needs of users and business teams.
Identify opportunities for optimizing Salesforce processes and usage.
Prioritize evolutions based on their business value and complexity.
Define the scope of evolutions and ensure their functional acceptance.

4. IT & Salesforce Partner Coordination

Act as the reference Salesforce contact person for business teams, IT, and the partner firm.
Manage and coordinate requests and evolution projects with the Salesforce partner firm.
Challenge the recommendations and solutions proposed by the partner firm.
Ensure the follow-up of developments, acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Guarantee the overall consistency of evolutions with business needs, architecture, and IT constraints.

5. Roadmap & Recommendations

Build a short, medium, and long-term Salesforce roadmap.
Prioritize actions and evolutions to be carried out.
Provide consulting and expertise to internal teams to maximize the value and use of Salesforce.

👉 Profile Sought

Solid experience in Salesforce audit, optimization, and evolution
Both functional and technical profile
Good understanding of business, data, and process challenges
Ability to challenge the existing and be proactive in proposing solutions
High degree of autonomy and ability to structure a roadmap
Experience in coordination with IT teams and a Salesforce partner firm
Ability to manage evolutions, developments, and acceptance testing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
