Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer - LATAM

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer!

At Stefanini, we are seeking a specialized technical profile to join a high-impact project within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Modality: 100% remote – LATAM

Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor

Payment: USD monthly

What are we looking for?

A professional with solid experience in DevOps applied to Salesforce, especially in automation, pipelines, and code lifecycle management.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in DevOps

Experience working with Salesforce DevOps

Proficiency in SFDX / Salesforce DX

Experience building and administering CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce

Experience with Azure DevOps, especially Repos and Pipelines

Proficiency in Git, branching, Pull Requests, and conflict resolution

Knowledge of YAML for pipeline configuration

Experience with automation through scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Node.js)

Knowledge of quality gates, validations, and deployment best practices

It will be a plus to have experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset, as well as knowledge in Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.

What will be your challenge?

You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Salesforce code lifecycle, working on:

➡️ CI/CD pipeline automation

➡️ Deployments between environments

➡️ Validations and quality controls

➡️ Process automation

➡️ Rollback and deployment strategies

➡️ Continuous improvement of DevOps processes
