We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team! As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs * Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation and configuration * Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners * Provide training and support to other team members on Salesforce best practices and configuration * Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, preferably with a focus on custom solutions * Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration concepts * Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components * Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs * Knowledge of database design principles and SQL * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field What we offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth of our company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
