Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on Agentforce, Einstein AI, and automation-first architectures across Service, Sales, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development skills with hands-on experience designing AI agents, workflows, and integrations that solve real business problems at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and automation-first architectures. • Develop and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and AI-powered agents to automate business processes across Service, Sales, and operational workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries for future projects. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to end-users as needed. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI-powered agents, workflows, and integrations. • Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for existing projects. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to end-users as needed. Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and automation-first architectures. • Strong understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. • Experience designing and building complex workflows, integrations, and AI-powered agents to automate business processes. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
