As Senior Consultant (m/f/x) in the NGO Cloud, you are an expert in implementing Salesforce solutions and take over the leadership of projects for our large and small nonprofit customers. In this role, you set your excellent communication skills, your empathetic understanding, your strategic thinking, and your ability to give constructive feedback, in order to actively shape the further development of Salesfive. Moreover, you stand beside your team as a mentor:in and promote its continuous further development.

Aufgaben

• Projektverantwortung: You take over the complete responsibility for the successful implementation of Salesforce projects – from requirement analysis to design, implementation, and subsequent maintenance.
• Strategische Kundenentwicklung: You develop strategies for winning new customers and actively contribute to the expansion of our existing customer base.
• Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessoptimierung: You ensure the high quality of our consulting services and work continuously on optimizing our processes and methods.
• Teamführung und -entwicklung: You lead, motivate, and develop a highly qualified team of Salesforce experts, by standing beside them as a mentor:in and supporting them in their personal and professional further development.

Qualifikation

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in the consulting and implementation of Salesforce solutions for customers from the nonprofit sector.
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in the leadership and further development of teams, as well as in the management of complex projects.
• Fundierte Expertise in the use of the Salesforce platform, particularly in the handling of the NPSP package and/or the Nonprofit Cloud, including its functions, integrations, and best practices for implementations.
• Ganzheitliches und kundenorientiertes Verständnis for the processes and specific challenges of nonprofit organizations.
• Praktische Erfahrung in the application of modern methods such as Use Cases, Prototyping, or Story Mapping, etc.
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, particularly the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
• Starke Kundenorientierung with the ability to build and maintain long-term and trust-based customer relationships.
• Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Kompetenz, paired with structured thinking.
• Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Consultant.
