Job description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to join our client's team, a multinational logistics company. The analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce across all its modules, ensuring that customer relationship strategy is effective and aligned with best market practices.
This is a hybrid model position, 2x per week on-site at the center.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring proper configuration across all modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and translate those demands into solutions within Salesforce.
- Analyze data and reports to provide actionable insights on sales performance, customer engagement, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows within Salesforce, aiming for automation and continuous process improvement.
- Train and provide technical support to end-users, promoting the adoption of Salesforce features and ensuring the team is equipped to use it effectively.
- Participate in system integration and customization projects, working with IT and development teams.
- Monitor best practices and Salesforce updates, implementing improvements and new features that can benefit the organization.
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for internal stakeholders on Salesforce usage and CRM best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Senior CRM Analyst, focusing on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certification (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of all Salesforce modules and their features.
- Experience in system integration and process automation with Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Proactivity and focus on results, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- Knowledge of BI tools and data analysis related to CRM.
