Senior Sales Representative - Cape Town

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a replacement position and requires a motivated individual with strong sales experience and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales functions including cold calling (details to be discussed during the interview)

• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets (to be discussed at the interview)

• Engage in hands-on tasks such as offloading and loading of vehicles

• Travel locally as needed, including occasional overnight stays

• Work late on occasion to meet operational demands

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

• Conduct sales activities in a bilingual (English and Afrikaans) environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence (ideally Code EB to tow trailers)

• Own reliable vehicle

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• No criminal record or history of substance abuse

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Willingness to be involved in practical, hands-on tasks

• Able to start as soon as possible
