Aufgaben
In the role as (Senior) Sales Manager (m/w/d)
, you will take independent responsibility for the entire sales cycle in the placement of freelance IT professionals - from acquiring new customers to nurturing long-term business relationships.Your working day includes identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating and concluding contracts.
You will work closely with our Delivery Team to deliver tailored consultant solutions and help our clients achieve their goals.
Qualifikation
- Sales and Communication Skills: At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing, convincing presenting, active networking, and strong communication skills.
- Focus: Customer-oriented consulting competence and a proven client-centric approach to build sustainable partnerships.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of placing IT consultants. Specialized knowledge of customer landscapes in the Energy, Public, or Military & Defence sectors is a plus.
- Negotiation Confidence: Ability to lead professional business negotiations and establish profitable partnerships on an equal footing.
- Addition Qualifications: Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot), analytical thinking, and fluent German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B2).
