Job Description

The Sales Manager – Direct Channel will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers/Direct Sales Executives to drive life insurance sales through the direct channel. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition, and maintaining compliance and operational excellence within the branch.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel preferred)

Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Good understanding of life insurance products and direct sales processes..
