You ensure that our deal pipeline is always well-stocked and develop the needs of potential customers and partners into real Love Brand projects. This is not a job to watch from the sidelines – this is a job to play an active role in one of Germany's most exciting creative agencies.

• You understand how the agency world works.
• You know what's relevant - online and offline.
• You have a desire to be on the road a lot.

Tasks

• At BDX, you are an expert for qualifying new customers and development fields.
• Development of deals from first contact to closing.
• Analyze and understand customer needs and translate them into ideas and projects.
• Qualification of leads and identification of decision-makers.
• Buiding and further developing your own network formats.
• Networking & Events.
• Key Account Handling and further development of long-term and recurring collaborations.
• Collaboration and further development of the marketing mix at BDX.

Qualification

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales/business development/marketing.
• You bring understanding of the agency world - for workflows and mechanisms, and for the dynamics and speed of the industry.
• You really check how social media works and have a desire to use it.
• You work independently, self-responsibly, and goal-oriented.
• You are a communicator and bring people skills with you.
• You have a closer mentality.
