YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You will let the customers know that they can rely on you for all their car rental needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when renting a car from us. Your tasks will include: • Providing information about our car fleet and services to customers • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise • Ensuring that all rental agreements are properly executed and that the necessary documentation is completed • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills • Working in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives • Participating in training and development programs to improve your knowledge and skills • Being available for work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel seasons. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently • Familiarity with the car rental industry is an asset, but not required.
