Business Development Manager (EOR & Recruitment Services) – Solvix Asia Company: Solvix Asia Pte Ltd About Us Solvix Asia is a Singapore-based recruitment and workforce solutions firm specialising in Employer of Record (EOR), staffing, and talent acquisition services across Southeast Asia. We help businesses scale efficiently by providing compliant hiring solutions and access to top-tier talent. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of the business development function, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Solvix Asia's presence in Southeast Asia. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Solvix Asia's business objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies to attract new clients. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth. • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-up on leads. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding business presence. • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
