Senior Sales Executive - API

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies for the API equipment and solutions portfolio.

· Identify and develop new customers, projects, and business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and API industry.

· Manage relationships with API manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, consultants, and EPC companies.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.

· Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and participate in customer negotiations.

· Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and project follow-ups.

· Track sales leads, opportunities, quotations, and project status through the CRM/recruitment tracker.

· Coordinate with Engineering, Application, Project, Service, and Commercial teams for smooth execution of orders.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement activities.

· Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

• · Support collection follow-ups and ensure commercial closure of projects.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of API manufacturing processes and pharmaceutical equipment.

· Good understanding of customer requirements and project-based sales.

· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

· Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

· Strong commercial and business-development mindset.

· Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
