Senior Sales Engineer - Safety Engineering

Job descriptions :

1. Develop and update long- and short-term sales strategies.

2. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.

3. Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key market segments.

4. Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs

5. Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.

6. Interact with customer to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

7. Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks.

8. Interface effectively with operation departments to ensure that work order completed in time or delivery as scheduled.

9. Other duties assigned by leadership.

Job requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field preferably in protective engineering, mechanic, construction, HVAC.

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

3. Willing to travel to oversee to support projects or trade shows when needed.

4. A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance and under stress.

5. Willing to work over-time when there is target/ timeline to meet.

6. Target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

7. Applicants must be Singapore citizens.
