Senior Sales Engineer

AUTEC, a leading European manufacturer, specializes in Industrial Radio Remote Control Systems and has been serving worldwide customers from Italy for over 30 years. DCS Telematik offers sales and service solutions across various segments, including industrial cranes, mobile hydraulics, maritime, construction equipment, and other industrial applications. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical expertise on AUTEC radio remote control systems. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers. * Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with the service and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent. * Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial automation or related industries. * Strong technical aptitude and understanding of radio remote control systems. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Desired Skills and Experience * Experience with AUTEC or similar radio remote control systems. * Knowledge of industrial cranes, mobile hydraulics, and related applications. * Familiarity with CRM software. * Experience in a similar role in India/South Asia.
