Deine Rolle

As Beauty Sales Consultant / Kundenberater (m/w/d), you will take on a central role at the Institute Darmstadt.

You are the first point of contact for our interested parties and accompany them from the first contact to the successful conclusion. It's not just about consulting, but also about building trust, recognizing needs, and exciting our customers for the right treatment solution.

Das Beste: You will work exclusively with hot leads. This means you will receive daily pre-qualified inquiries from people who have already shown interest in permanent hair removal.

Deine Aufgaben

• You will consult warm leads who have already shown interest in hairfree and build trust through empathetic communication.

• You will recognize the wishes, questions, and needs of your customers and lead them professionally to the next step.

• You will schedule qualified consulting appointments for our hairfree Institute and accompany interested parties reliably until the appointment is booked.

• You will work sales-oriented, establish open contacts reliably, and keep your goals and key figures in mind.

• You will document conversations, appointments, and relevant customer information carefully in our digital system.

• You will perform professional treatments around permanent hair removal according to the hairfree standards.

• You will accompany customers before, during, and after treatment and ensure a pleasant, hygienic, and professional customer experience.

• You will work closely with your team and actively contribute to achieving common goals.

• You communicate clearly, professionally, and with respect – on the phone, in personal conversations, and in the team.

• You are reliable, well-organized, and keep track even with multiple contacts and appointments.

• You work goal-oriented, motivated, and have a desire to develop yourself professionally and personally.

• First experience in sales, customer consulting, the beauty sector, cosmetics, or service industry is an advantage but not a must.
