Currently operating with Boutiques in Milan, Ibiza, and Lugano, as well as E-Commerce at antonioli.eu In the fashion project, Antonioli focuses on creating a unique shopping experience through its boutiques, where customers can discover exclusive brands and limited-edition collections. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for luxury goods and high-end fashion. Key responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service; Assisting the Sales Manager in managing daily operations; Maintaining store displays and visual merchandising; Coordinating events and promotions; Developing relationships with customers and suppliers; Managing inventory and stock control; Processing transactions and handling cash register duties; Collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Fashion, Marketing or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in retail sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Familiarity with luxury goods and high-end fashion; Proficiency in MS Office.
