(Senior) Investor Service Administrator (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Maintenance of investment assets including distribution of tax and commercial results
• Preparation of shareholder reports and communication with investors (written and oral)
• Development into a specialist for takeover projects and/or cross-sectional tasks (depending on personal interest)
• Preliminary preparation and result determination of the decision-making processes of the fund societies
• Responsibility for reporting obligations and interface management
• Contact person for clients in the service sector

Qualification

• Completed commercial training in a notary's, tax consultant's or lawyer's office or business studies.
• Pertinent professional experience in a comparable activity.
• Familiar with MS-Office.
• Experience in dealing with databases.
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
• Independent and structured work with problem-solving competence.
