As a Senior Rural Broker, you will manage and grow a well-established portfolio of farming and agribusiness clients. You will provide customised insurance solutions that protect livelihoods and support rural communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an established rural client portfolio
• Build strong relationships with farmers and agribusiness owners
• Develop tailored risk and insurance solutions across rural industries

• Keep informed of industry and market developments

About You:

• Proven experience as a Rural Broker, ideally in a senior role
• Strong technical knowledge of rural and agribusiness insurance
• Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance)
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• A team-oriented approach with a client-first mindset
