Senior RtR Accountant- rola w nowym SSC 2026

Job description

We are looking for an experienced developer for our client, a multinational chemical group building its new SSC. The project is at an early stage - joining the team, you will have a real impact on shaping structures from scratch and creating, testing, and participating in projects at an international level.

Location: Poznań

Responsibilities:

  • Daily RTR operations: entries in the ledger, calculation of inter-period settlements, reconciliations, fixed assets, closing the month, inter-firm reconciliations, preparing and analyzing various reports, including tax reporting,
  • Preparing various types of tax reports: VAT declarations, Intrastat, ECSL, local statutory and statistical reports in terms for countries in the EMEA region,
  • Ensuring that daily operations are conducted in accordance with local accounting standards (GAAP), group financial policy, and agreed-upon SLA/KPI,
  • Playing a key role in the process of transformation, continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of processes,
  • Monitoring changes to tax laws at the national level,
  • Supporting in the annual audit and internal/external control process,
  • Direct contact and support for all RTR-related questions from internal and external stakeholders,
  • Preparing and updating SOP (standard operating procedures),
  • Supporting Team Leader in additional activities, such as project coordination and ad-hoc reporting,

* Ability to effectively manage priorities.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws,
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting in the RTR and TAX area,
  • Prior experience working in a BPO/SSC environment,
  • Very good knowledge of English min. B2, additional language will be an asset, especially German,
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field,
  • Ability to analyze, understand and interpret financial data,
  • High analytical skills, attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve problems and teamwork,
  • Very good knowledge of SAP,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
