Senior Robotics Integration Engineer

As a Senior Integration Specialist at Vention, you will play a key role within the engineering and customer experience team, ensuring the transition between post-sales implementation and advanced technical support. We are looking for an autonomous person, ready to intervene on-site, passionate about problem-solving, collaboration with clients, and delivering high-value-added service, whether remotely or in-person.

You will be responsible for supporting complex industrial automation systems by investigating issues, validating material and software configurations, and helping clients get the most out of our solutions. This role combines the rigor of a level 3-4 technical support expert with the practical approach of a field engineer.

What you'll do?

• Act as an automation expert for all Vention platforms and solutions.
• Conduct technical deployments and analyses, either remotely or on-site, to ensure our systems (hardware, software, robotics) meet client expectations.
• Program and validate automation systems using MachineMotion controllers, MachineLogic software, and custom logic (Python).
• Integrate and commission robotic applications with our technology partners (Fanuc, Universal Robots, ABB), including programming, security configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage complex escalations: handle and resolve advanced technical support cases efficiently and transparently.
• Participate in client discussions with sales teams and customer success managers to recommend the best installation strategies.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new hardware and software versions before market release.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation (user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting guides) to promote client autonomy and reduce repetitive tickets.
• Manage tickets in our support system (Zendesk), establish priorities, and optimize internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to share on-site learnings and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior integration specialists to progress technically, take initiative, and improve communication.
