Job description
Minimum 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably in controls and frameworks. Practical knowledge of first line of defence risk frameworks, controls, and tools. Understanding of regulatory requirements related to non-financial risk. Interest in technology and its application to risk management (AI, automation, digital tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of business operations and processes. Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
