Job description
GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive reliability planning and testing for RF technologies including RF-SOI and RF-SiGe. You will collaborate with integration, device, and design teams to meet reliability objectives and develop SOA models for RF switches and power amplifiers.
The role requires a strong background in semiconductor reliability, RF device physics, and experience with accelerated testing and FMEAs.
