Senior RF Planner & Solutions Architect, National Deployments

A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for an experienced RF Planner / Solutions Architect to lead RF design and wireless solutions architecture for major customer deployments and national rollouts. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of RF planning experience, strong design tools expertise, and enterprise deployment knowledge. Responsibilities include developing coverage and capacity plans, architecting customer wireless solutions end-to-end, and supporting technical proposals. This role requires a deep understanding of RF planning principles, wireless network architecture, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading RF design and wireless solutions architecture for major customer deployments and national rollouts, developing coverage and capacity plans, architecting customer wireless solutions end-to-end, and supporting technical proposals. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
