We are applying for a Senior Retention Marketing Manager (m/f/d), who/which will let us grow E-Commerce brands in the long term.

Tasks

Strategy & Analysis

• Analysis and optimization of E-Mail & WhatsApp data
• Development of retention strategies for E-Commerce brands
• Reporting & deriving concrete recommendations for action

Operational Implementation

• Building, optimizing and scaling retention flows & funnels
• Newsletter conception: texts, structure & performance optimization
• Develop and improve WhatsApp flows & automations

Customers & Team

• Strategic customer meetings & long-term customer loyalty
• Close cooperation within the team (team & customer meetings)
• Active support in the development and further development of the team

Qualification

Agile working. You live for e-commerce marketing. You work proactively, efficiently and solution-oriented.

Experience. At least 3 years of experience in the role of Online Marketing Manager in the field of e-mail and WhatsApp marketing.

Marketing agency. You know what it means to work in an agency and adapt to the fast pace there.

Software. You have sound experience in using Klaviyo, ChatArmin and common marketing tools.

AI. You bring openness to AI-supported workflows.

Languages. Excellent German skills (C2). English skills (B2) are a plus.

Appreciative communication. Clear and empathetic communication is part of your everyday life - internally and externally.

Team player mindset. You love supporting our e-commerce customers with your work and working in a team.

Proactive structured. Organization and structuring of analyses, customers and meetings are standard for you.
